Online shop terms

Prices are in euros and include the applicable VAT. Collection and any separately agreed delivery or fitting charges are stated before you accept the final offer. Fitting is not included in the item price unless expressly stated.

Our own stock and supplier availability are different. A supplier quantity is not a reservation. Product type, size, condition and the final agreed price form part of the order.

Sending checkout creates a request and records your agreement to the displayed goods, total and collection terms. A TAMIS employee checks availability. If nothing changes, that agreement permits the invoice to be issued after the check; no second approval is required. Submission does not charge your card or automatically purchase from the supplier.

Changed goods, price or delivery terms require your renewed acceptance before an invoice is issued. For bank transfer, pay within 24 hours after TAMIS issues the invoice, using its payment details; do not pay using details from an unverified message.

The launch collection method is free collection at Cesvaines iela 10, Riga, after we notify you that the goods are ready. Do not travel solely on the basis of a supplier stock figure. Supplier transport time is confirmed separately; a catalogue estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Only payment and collection methods actually enabled at checkout can be chosen. Courier delivery and online card wallets are unavailable until configured and explicitly offered.

Contact TAMIS using the details above and include the order number and a clear description of the issue. We handle product conformity complaints separately from a change-of-mind withdrawal. These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

The consumer withdrawal rules apply to individuals buying outside their business or professional activity. Business orders are agreed separately; statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not automatically apply to a company purchase.
